Hotels and Resorts to venture in bangalore

 Renest Hotels and Resorts is all set to launch a new boutique hotel chain in the market under its new brand -"Flock."

The hotel chain is currently operating in six locations all over India and working towards launching 12 more by the end of this year.

This is for the first time, a hotel chain will enter into the boutique select service category, but with a USP of bold, trendy and vibrant. The new brand would be pocket friendly, convenient and millennial centric, with table tennis and pool tables, vending machines, board games and Renest’s all day dining, multi-cuisine restaurant “Tribe” which will also be a part of  Flock’s  portfolio  but with twist.

The first three properties will be opening up in  Delhi, Gurugram and Bangalore and the portfolio will be extended to other urban locations soon after.

Speaking about the launch, General Manager -Brand Development, Vishal Lonkar  said,“We wish to cater to a wider audience with the introduction of Flock. It will have multiple inventories and convenient locations with affordable room rates. We have 14-16 Flock properties in pipeline to go live by the end of this year. With the new brand we have the flexibility to cover all those destinations that we haven’t yet. ”

Talking about the future vision for the new segment, Rahul Rai- Executive Director-Renest Hotels & Resorts said, “We want to create the Flock brand as a segment in itself. Whenever people want to have a comfortable, convenient and lively stay or a good time with friends, they should know they can always -Flock It”.
